Lighthouse Lab Services acquires Alternative Biomedical Solutions

Lighthouse Lab Services, a nationwide provider of clinical laboratory consulting and management offerings, is announcing the successful acquisition of Alternative Biomedical Solutions (ABS), a lab services company based in Carrollton, TX, with a focus on instrument procurement and servicing.

Founded in 1995, ABS offers a host of laboratory consulting and instrumentation services that will complement Lighthouse’s existing offerings, including extensive experience with physician office labs, forensics, and instrument procurement and servicing.
