Lighthouse Lab Services (LLS) announced the acquisition of Pathology Lab Solutions (PLS), a pathology-focused consulting and equipment company primarily servicing GI physician practices.
Founded in 2008, Pathology Lab Solutions helps physician practices establish in-office pathology labs by advising on the entire lab design, set-up, and ongoing compliance processes.
Lighthouse President and Founder Jon Harol says although LLS has primarily serviced the Clinical Pathology market, this acquisition now allows the company to better assist pathologists performing Anatomic Pathology.
