Organizations like Ochsner Medical Center, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Chicago’s Northwestern Medicine contributed to the scan. The document focuses on the following four core challenges:

Engage clinicians in technology strategies.
Boost access through partnerships, training and upskilling.
Rethink engagement to build a more flexible, engaged workforce.”
