U.K.-headquartered Randox Laboratories has expanded its market presence in the United States, having been awarded a major supplier agreement with Novation, a healthcare supply chain expertise, analytics, and contracting company. The contract means Randox’s third-party quality control products will now be readily available to hospital organizations across the U.S.
Randox is one of the largest manufacturers of third-party quality control products in the world. Novation serves more than 100,000 members of VHA Inc. and UHC, two national healthcare alliances; Children's Hospital Association, an alliance of the nation's leading pediatric facilities; and Provista, LLC. Novation provides alliance members with sourcing services, as well as information and data services.
Steven Jordan, Global Business Manager, Randox QC, calls the agreement with Novation “a strategically important step in Randox’s expansion.” He adds, “We are delighted that our QC products will now be available for use in many more laboratories across the U.S. I am confident that the quality and range of products available from Randox will make us stand out in the Novation supplier portfolio.”
