Healthgrades has published the list of winners of their 2025 Outstanding Patient Experience Award.
3,059 hospitals were judged and 377 have been honored for “providing top-quality care while ensuring a positive healthcare experience for patients.” These hospitals were rated based on overall communication and if patients would recommend the hospital to others. 66 of the winners have also been awarded for their patient safety efforts. According to an announcement, “only ten hospitals earned Outstanding Patient Experience, Patient Safety Excellence, and America’s Best Hospitals distinctions for 2025.”
