Dr. AnnGene Anthony to head innovative menopause clinic
Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Group has inaugurated a new Menopause Care Clinic led by Dr. AnnGene Anthony, a certified family medicine physician dedicated to personalized women's health during menopause.
Dr. Anthony will focus on guiding women through menopause and giving them compassionate and personalized care, the new clinic’s mission. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and board-certified family medicine physician. She “earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey, and a Master of Public Health from Brown University School of Public Health in Providence, Rhode Island.” Her residency was in family medicine.
The new clinic will serve women experiencing menopause by aiding with symptom management, guiding hormone therapy, suggesting lifestyle and nutrition changes, and providing preventive screenings.
