Sarstedt, Inc. has announced that it has been awarded 35-month group purchasing agreements with the Premier Healthcare Alliance for its safety phlebotomy and blood/specimen collection product lines. Effective October 1, 2012, the new agreements allow Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms negotiated by Premier for blood/specimen collection items.
Sarstedt’s S-Monovette venous blood collection system, an alternative to traditional vacuum-only systems, is included in the agreements, providing Premier Healthcare Alliance members with innovative solutions for reducing hemolysis and waste while improving venipuncture success and safety. Microvette capillary collection tubes, Safety-Lancets, and Urine-Monovette needleless urine collection tubes are also available through the contracts. Read more about the S-Monovette system.
