Among the recipients are 211 health systems and 46 health plans that are driving excellence in patient care. They were recognized for member excellence, clinical quality, employee and physician experience, consumer experience, and patient experience.
About 49 Pinnacle of Excellence Awards were given out in the patient experience category. This is the “highest distinction among the HX Awards,” according to Press Ganey. “Pinnacle winners have sustained high levels of excellence over a three-year period in patient experience, employee experience, physician engagement, consumer experience, or member experience.”
