About 49 Pinnacle of Excellence Awards were given out in the patient experience category. This is the “highest distinction among the HX Awards,” according to Press Ganey. “Pinnacle winners have sustained high levels of excellence over a three-year period in patient experience, employee experience, physician engagement, consumer experience, or member experience.”
