Cardinal Health has made its WaveMark Supply Management and Workflow Solutions available for implementation in clinical labs.
Cardinal Health said the product’s supply automation capabilities help ease staffing burdens by automating manual inventory-tracking tasks.
With scan, grab and go workflows, and automated, real-time insights, WaveMark alerts staff about what to order and when to order it, the company said. Its search capabilities identify the location and lot numbers of products to ensure appropriate supplies are used first. It also proactively alerts users about recalled, expired and at-risk products and supplies. WaveMark also integrates with existing financial systems, Cardinal Health added.
