Available from VERICHEM.

VERICHEM LABORATORIES offers multi-level enzyme calibration verification materials for liver function testing as part of its liquid stable and ready-to-use Enzyme ER Verifier Kit. The kit contains the enzymes Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT), Alkaline Phosphatase (AP/ALP), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT), Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT/GGTP), and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LD/LDH); which are key diagnostic enzyme tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients with liver disease.

VERICHEM’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit for liver function testing has a proprietary, liquid formulation that is specifically designed to include at least one concentration for each enzyme within the normal range. These verifiers are intended to be treated as patient specimens and feature universal instrument compatibility, making them available for use on a wide assortment of wet chemistry systems from Abbott, Beckman Coulter, Roche and Siemens. The product features an outstanding shelf-life and open-vial stability claim of eighteen (18) months.

VERICHEM’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit is packaged for multi-use and contains an ample, five milliliters (5mL) of material for each of the six (6) levels, with each level filled into easy-to-use polyethylene dropper vials. The kit materials also contain multi-level assigned activities for the additional enzyme components Amylase (AMY), Cholinesterase (CHE), Creatine Phosphokinase (CK/CPK), and Lipase (LIP).
