VERICHEM’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit for Cholinesterase’s proprietary, and fully liquid-stable formulation is specifically designed to include at least one concentration level of enzyme activity within the normal range. These verifiers are intended to be treated as patient specimens and feature universal compatibility, making them available for use on a wide assortment of wet clinical chemistry systems. Plus, the use of purified source components used in the manufacturing process, along with the biosynthetic format, eliminates matrix variations and reconstitution errors commonly experienced with lyophilized or serum-based products. In addition, the material’s protein balance, pH, and ion content are constant across concentration levels for optimum linearity, while demonstrating an outstanding shelf-life and open-vial liquid stability claim of eighteen (18) months.
VERICHEM’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit is conveniently packaged for multi-use and contain an ample, five milliliters (5mL) of material for each of the six (6) levels, with each level filled into easy-to-use polyethylene dropper vials. And as an added bonus, the kit material also contains multi-level assigned activities for the following enzyme components – ALT, ALP, AMY, AST, CK, GGT, LD, and Lipase.
