Verichem’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit for amylase and lipase’s proprietary, liquid formulation is specifically designed to include at least one concentration for each enzyme within the normal range. These verifiers are intended to be treated as patient specimens and feature universal compatibility, making them available for use on a wide assortment of wet clinical chemistry systems by Beckman Coulter, Abbott, Siemens and Roche. The product offers a longer shelf-life and open-vial, liquid stability claims of eighteen (18) months. The use of purified source components used in the manufacturing process, along with the liquid stable, biosynthetic format eliminates matrix variations and reconstitution errors commonly experienced with lyophilized or serum-based products.
In addition, the material’s protein balance, pH, and ion content are constant across concentration levels for optimum linearity. Verichem’s Enzyme ER Verifier Kit is conveniently packaged for multi-use and contains an ample, five milliliters (5mL) of material for each of the six (6) levels, with each level filled into easy-to-use polyethylene dropper vials. The kit material also contains multi-level assigned activities for the following enzyme components – ALT, ALP, AST, CHE, CK, GGT, and LD.
