As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, AABB officials have decided to host a virtual conference October 3-5, with registration beginning on July 14.
The virtual event will replace an in-person event, which was originally scheduled to take place in Baltimore.
“We are aware that this change will generate many questions and we will be providing responses to some anticipated inquiries. We will continue to update as more information becomes available,” AABB said on its website.
The AABB said the virtual event will include more than 100 interactive scientific sessions, a virtual exhibit hall, and a virtual networking lounge. The scientific content also will be available on-demand until November 5.
