In support of a 2023 AABB Annual Meeting education session on individual donor assessment, AABB is requesting member feedback about the challenges blood centers may have experienced while implementing the AABB Donor History Questionnaire version 4.0 (DHQ v4.0). Specifically, AABB seeks to feedback on the following questions:
- What questions, if any, does your facility have about the DHQ implementation process?
- Has there been confusion about the new donor eligibility criteria among your facility’s staff or the public?
