Quest Diagnostics, one of the world's leading providers of diagnostic information services, and New York-Presbyterian, one of the nation's largest and most comprehensive academic medical centers, announced a strategic agreement designed to broaden access to quality, innovative laboratory services for the providers and patients of New York-Presbyterian primarily in New York as well as the Tri-State Area and beyond.
The parties expect to complete the transaction in the second quarter of 2023, pending customary regulatory approvals.
