Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched the Thermo Scientific LabLink 360 Quality Assurance (QA) Software, a new digital solution designed to help clinical laboratories simplify quality control (QC) workflows, accelerate QC review and decision-making, improve visibility into QC performance and proactively manage QC operations.
LabLink 360 consolidates QC data, automates routine review steps and surfaces actionable insights through dynamic data visualizations and a centralized dashboard that brings all QC metrics into a single, actionable view. Built-in peer group benchmarking enables real-time comparison directly within daily QC workflows, while affiliated lab management provides unified oversight across multi-site and referral networks. Issues that previously required significant manual cross-referencing can be identified, prioritized and resolved faster, reducing the steps from review to resolution.
LabLink 360 is designed to complement and extend the Thermo Scientific MAS Quality Controls portfolio, adding a workflow and analytics layer that supports integration with Thermo Scientific MAS Max Load & Go Automation Workflows for high-volume and automated testing environments. Global availability will be phased according to local regulatory and market requirements.
