The center “brings together an interdisciplinary approach combining the expertise of neuroscientists with the clinical disciplines of geriatric medicine, clinical psychology and gerontological nursing to enable accurate diagnosis, patient-centered treatment planning, and proactive advance care strategies to improve outcomes for patients and their families.”
