Highest paid life sciences CEOs

This report highlights the highest-paid CEOs in the healthcare sector for 2025, led by Marc Casper of Thermo Fisher Scientific with an $80 million compensation, reflecting industry trends and executive pay growth.

Marc Casper, CEO of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is the highest-paid healthcare CEO per the Wall Street Journal’s annual ranking of S&P 500 companies.

WSJ’s analysis found that median CEO pay rose to nearly $18 million at S&P 500 companies in 2025 — a new high.
