ACIP announces meeting

Upon the dismissal of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ (ACIP) members, and the selection of eight new members, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced an ACIP meeting will be held.

The meeting will be on June 25^th and 26^th in Atlanta, Georgia at CDC’s headquarters, according to the announcement. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be live streamed. “The link will be available Wednesday morning on the ACIP website.”

Key topics will be COVID-19, RSV, influenza, chikungunya, anthrax, and MMRV vaccines.
