CMS launches Health Equity Conference

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced the 2025 CMS Health Equity Conference. The meeting is to be held April 23-24, 2025, in Bethesda, MD.

The conference will be based on the following priorities outlined in CMS’s health equity framework:

·       Extend database

·       Study disparity causes

·       Support the workforce

·       Improve language access

·       Increase healthcare accessibility

Entry to the conference will be free. To increase accessibility, participants can also join virtually.

The call for proposals opened in December and will remain open until January 21.
