HighRes and Cenevo partner to revolutionize connected lab infrastructure

HighRes and Cenevo have formed a co-marketing partnership to accelerate the adoption of connected, AI-ready lab infrastructure, integrating Cellario OS and Mosaic software for enhanced workflow coordination, traceability, and resilience in life science laboratories.

HighRes and Cenevo have announced a co-marketing partnership focused on accelerating adoption of connected, AI-ready laboratory infrastructure across the life science industry. The partnership reflects a shared belief that the future of life science depends on labs that are not just automated but also truly connected.

The partnership brings together HighRes’ Cellario OS orchestration platform and Cenevo’s Mosaic sample management software to help laboratories coordinate complex workflows across instruments, applications and data systems with greater reliability and traceability. The integrated solution is already deployed by 5 of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies.

Cellario OS and Mosaic aim to create a seamlessly connected layer across instruments and data, the foundation that makes agentic AI in the lab both practical and safe. Mosaic’s Machine Fulfillment module communicates with Cellario OS before a run begins, passing all order parameters, input and output labware, and transfer specifications upfront. Cellario then orchestrates execution across instruments, from standalone liquid handlers to fully modular Nucleus systems, tracking transfers in real time and feeding results back to Mosaic for full traceability. The result is a hardware-agnostic, resilient workflow where data flows without manual intervention and where AI agents can operate on trusted, structured information.

Together, the integrated solution delivers:

  • Resilience by design — all transfer data is provided upfront and tracked in real time, so runs continue uninterrupted through network or system disruptions.
  • Hardware-agnostic execution — jobs are specified independently of liquid handler, supporting parallel processing across multiple instruments and intelligent planning of resources.
  • Intelligent automation — Cellario templates are automatically selected and refined per job, reducing protocol maintenance burden.
  • Compliance-ready traceability — sample tracking, transfer logging and instrument data flow back to Mosaic for full regulatory record-keeping.
  • Future-proof architecture — a loosely coupled design that supports emerging capabilities, including agentic interfaces such as the Cellario Lab Assistant communicating with Mosaic via MCP.
