Data Innovations LLC has announced that it has acquired the assets of Dawning Technologies, Inc., supplier of connectivity solutions to the clinical laboratory market. Data Innovations representatives say that the purchase expands the company’s existing offerings to better serve the needs of clinical and physician-office laboratories.
The acquisition of the assets of Dawning Technologies fits well into Data Innovations' strategy to manage laboratory information for the healthcare industry. By adding the solutions of Dawning Technologies, company spokespersons assert, Data Innovations will be able to serve organizations ranging from small-sized physician-practices to large laboratory organizations.
