Two daughters are greatest passion and proudest accomplishment by far.

Experience counts.
Psych” Systems has been providing laboratory information systems to clinical, pathology, molecular, and cytology labs of all sizes for more
than 32 years. All of our solutions are interoperable, providing an end-to-end solution encompassing all of the clinical, pathology,
demographic, and molecular data, but our solutions also integrate with any existing legacy system — allowing every lab to have a best-of-breed solution that fits the specific needs and work flow for its individual environment. Our anatomic pathology information system ranked No. 1
among all surveyed AP-software solutions, according to the 2008 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services Report.

Put it all together. We have solutions that include fully integratable add-on solutions for
laboratories to expand the functionality of legacy systems in which they have already invested. This allows labs to easily and cost-effectively add functionality at a fraction of the cost of replacing their existing IT infrastructure. One of the greatest challenges that labs face today with integrating outreach and electronic medical records solutions is the ability to automatically match patient-identification and medical-record numbers from a multitude of disparate systems. We have been able to help private and commercial labs of all sizes overcome this hurdle. We offer training sessions through Psyche University to give specific topic training to our customers on all of our products.

Customers contribute. All of our solutions are built in concert with our customers. We work closely with our executive advisory group — which consists of representatives from clinical, pathology, molecular, and cytology labs — to build new
features and functionality for our existing products as well as identifying industry trends to determine new products for development. We are continually improving our existing products and offering add-on modules to ensure that our customers are at the leading edge of technology — for both the efficient operation of their labs and for supplying the tools they need to be competitive.

Community spirit. Psyche is an organization that is built on a concept of equality and fairness to all. It permeates our organizational structure as well as our daily environment. Every employee’s opinion matters, and our employees put their faith in our group hierarchical structure, corporate constitution, and open sharing of financial information. We provide our employees with an open environment to foster creativity free from concerns over job security or the financial stability of the company. We focus on being a “green” organization, beginning with doing most of our communication electronically, such as newsletters and a customer portal for documentation. We contribute a percentage of our profits to a minimum of three charities annually. We also sponsor two scholarships annually in our local high school for graduating seniors who are looking to pursue higher education in the healthcare field.
