is currently a microbiology medical science liaison with BioMérieux. Prior to her work in the in-vitro diagnostics industry, Dr. Prinzi was a clinical microbiologist at Children’s Hospital Colorado for over 12 years. She has her master’s in public health (epidemiology) from the Colorado School of Public Health and a Ph.D. in clinical and translational science from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Dr. Prinzi actively works to bridge the gap between microbiology and clinical practice with a focus on diagnostic stewardship, antimicrobial resistance, and public health.
