VP Enterprise Lab Operations at ELLKAY has more than 25 years of experience in health system operations and IT, Marci has received numerous awards for excellence and innovation. She previously served as the System VP of Laboratory and Support Services for a large Ohio Health System. While there she was instrumental in the formation of a lab outreach program and for the integration of laboratory IT for all hospital acquisitions. She managed multiple system implementations, hospital integrations, and physician practice acquisitions. She also successfully migrated her areas of responsibility to system structures that supported all health system facilities and developed staff training programs to enhance operations.
