is a Senior Medical Director at Quest Diagnostics and a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. A past president of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), he serves on the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Advisory Committee (CLIAC) and as ASCP CPT Advisor to the AMA CPT Editorial Panel.
