Dr. Rosemarie Aznavorian is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than four decades of experience. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Texas Christian University, her master’s in nursing administration, and a bachelor’s in nursing, both from Barry University in Miami. She is board-certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders, is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) through Staffing Industry Analysts and has held her CCRN certification for over 30 years. Rosemarie is a national speaker and published author on staffing optimization, with a focus on developing and implementing Central Staffing Divisions for multi-hospital systems. Before joining MedPro, she served as a Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for a large hospital system in South Florida. At MedPro, Rosemarie oversees Client Services and Clinical Operations to ensure alignment with client staffing needs, while supporting clinicians throughout their MedPro journey.
