GUIDELINES TO PREPARE PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS

MLO publishes two sections of new product information free of charge. Please keep in mind that MLO does not guarantee placement or publication date.

INDUSTRY SPOTLIGHT

The section features a variety of new products, services, and technology. Please limit copy to 100 words. (MLO reserves the right to edit). Provide color photograph (5x7, at least 300 dpi, .JPG or .TIF). Send only items that are currently available. Upgrades of existing products are also acceptable. Appropriate products are kept on file for 120 days and used when space is available.

Deadline for submission is 60 to 90 days prior to the desired issue. Submissions are accepted via email at mlo-admin@nelsonpub.com, or by regular mail. Note: MLO does not verify receipt of Industry Spotlight submissions.

PRODUCT FOCUS

Only specific types of new products, services, and technology scheduled on MLO's editorial calendar are published in this section. Placement is not guaranteed. MLO reserves the right to publish products submitted for Product Focus in another product section if space is not available.
